Toppers Pizza

I ordered a "loaded tot-zza" and dessert from here for pickup. I arrived, got my food, checked the bag with my ice cream/brownies, and everything was in there. Something told me to look at the pizza, too, but I was in a hurry with my hands full. Got home to find that they gave me a plain cheese pizza that had definitely been sitting up for a while and was INEDIBLE. I contacted the company, they gave me a coupon for $20 off when I asked to be refunded. Mind you, this is the only Toppers anywhere near Cincinnati. Why would I return and spend money with the same place that scorned me? Ridiculous.

This is a classic near a college campus pizza joint. The food was good, but the inclusion of vegan options on the menu is crucial!

I’ve used the bathroom here a plethora of times before…I come in tonight and all of a sudden it’s “not a public restroom” even though I ordered food…. And the worker was not wearing gloves while preparing my order. I’m deeply disappointed about this bc their food is great!

We were in cinci from out of town, for a concert. We all worked all day and then immediately made the 2 hour drive here. Did not have time to eat dinner before the concert. We Were starving after the concert. Placed an order via door dish at 2 AM. (Their hours say they're open til 3:30 AM online). We were waiting patiently and hungry. It said that our dasher was at the location waiting to pick up our order for almost an hour. At exactly 3:20 AM we get a call from door dash that our order was cancelled. With no excuse why. By this time, everywhere else was closed. We could've ordered or went somewhere else during this time before closing hours.

Ordered off DoorDash from this location cheese sticks. I also received the wrong sauce. You see the picture enough say it. It only got two stars because the dough that was not burned was actually good. However, this is just sad because I paid a lot in delivery fees for some BS.
