Tootsie's Ice Cream

The ice cream is home made!!!!! Its sooo good. I had a hot fudge sunday. Ice cream was blueberry cheesecake and chocolate lavender. Both were very good but the chocolate lavender was to die for. The girls serving were so kind, big smiles to greet me when I came in. Very clean and very resonably priced. 2 scoop sunday with a 15% tip was $8.61. This place is a gem and I will be back!

Just tried the new Sweet Corn ice cream, outstanding! I buy it in Puerto Rico at Rex Ice Cream in San Sebastian up in the mountains,they are famous for it . I have to sayTom has nailed it ,it's like having corn icecream From Rex. Ask for a dusting of cinnamon on top and wait for the magic to happen . ENJOY

Really nice place. We stopped in for a cool treat after a beach day. My 6 year old dropped his Italian ice, and the proprietor right away refilled his cup. Kind people exist and the ice cream is delicious. Support businesses like these whenever possible

The homemade ice cream is heavenly, super creamy and full of flavor. I think the salted caramel is one of the best I've had in Rhode Island. I aso tried the Kahlua Coffee and it was delicious. Cute decor inside made our trip there a real treat. Try Tootsie's -- you'll love it too!

The ice cream is absolutely unbelievable here! I got the mint chip — it was so minty, creamy, and perfect! Easily the best ice cream I’ve ever had in Rhode Island. Would recommend 100%.
