The bigger Hispanic lady at window 3 needs a serious attitude adjustment! To throw your hand up and shoo me away with your hand is incredibly rude. She acts like you’re bothering her by making her do her JOB however the younger black girl at window 2 was a complete delight, extremely friendly and kind. Lady at window 3 needs to learn from window lady #2!

The phone number here is for a call center of 12 districts and of people who say..... they are just a call center and say they have never been on state aid so they cant help get you the right number to call.

I had a Covid test because I was around people infected. They said 3-5 days for results. Ok. No email after 6 days. Called and they said they had to contact someone else and they would send me the results email. I waited another 5 days. Called today and the person was snippy, interrupted me, and told me I would have to wait another 3-5 days. At this point, it's been10 days since the test and I don't have symptoms. Not only a waste of time but rude and snippy person.

Ms. Belinda was such great help. Wonderful lady. This is my first time here experiencing my first pregnancy and she was just so wonderful. :)

Tried having a WIC phone call today as I just moved from NC to GA. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t like that I didn’t wanna do exactly as she said for Medicaid when her job isn’t Medicaid. Told her to have somebody else to call me back and hung up due to her saying “do you want me to do this or not?” RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
