Ton Shou Premium Katsu & Izakaya

Absolutely loved our experience at Ton Shou Premium Katsu & Izakaya. The food was excellent — the katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and well balanced. The service truly stood out. Big thanks to Semi and Pearl for taking such great care of us. They were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-quality Japanese food with outstanding service. Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere was excellent; we would have preferred to be seated at the bar. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism, providing valuable recommendations for new patrons. Service was prompt and efficient. The cuisine was highly palatable, and I anticipate exploring additional menu offerings during my subsequent visit.

Such a great spot to eat! We had just landed from a flight and were looking for something delicious, and this place did not disappoint. Since we’re only in town for a couple of days, we wanted our meals to be perfect—and this absolutely hit the spot! The katsu was thick and crispy, the ramen was deep and flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. The servers were incredibly attentive and kind. We’ll definitely be coming back and telling all our friends about this place!

We have come before and it was excellent. They've gotten very busy so I recommend getting a reservation. Lea and Pearl were both awesome waitresses. Great recs from them and overall friendliness. We got the pork katsu, the wagyu cheese burger, takoyaki, and portobello fries. All amazing. Definitely would come back and try new things or get the Katsu again. If only they weren't so popular! Also, this is random but their kettle cooked rice is really good.

The quality and prices here is out standing!! Delicious Katsu don, ramen, and pork cutlet rosio. You can order curry sauce on the side. The 5 of us each got our own, but I think 4 orders would have been enough. You will be leaving here smelling like fried Katsu. The meat is tender and fried perfectly.
