Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

Was craving Hibachi so I decided to stop here while driving through town.. SO GOOD. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. Also, it's delicious!!! Forgot to take a picture of the before but this is my plate after getting full.

I called in and ordered a shrimp a steak plate she repeated it twice I went to pick it up a she gave me double meat. I was lowkey pissed because I had my mouth set up for some shrimp overall food was good customer service good just disappointed.

If you love carrots, this is your jam! Carrots, carrots, carrots everywhere! They're in everything. Guess the owners figured out that a $0.40/lb ingredient could pad out every dish for pennies on the dollar, literally lol.

Called in to place an order, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic. I ordered a shrimp bowl and chicken and shrimp lunch plate but when I got to the restaurant to pick it up they only made the shrimp bowl. The lady at the counter acted like it was my fault and did not apologize. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I never treated my customers that way. The attitudes were on 10 today

The food was ok but they took a long time to give it to me. I sat on the couch waiting for my food that they had ready on the table for a while before handing it to me. They also charged me 2+ bucks to substitute each plate of rice for noodles when the menu clearly stated it was a 1 buck upcharge. The associate was too busy on the phone to care about customer service. Usually, this place is fine, but this particular cashier always makes things difficult.
