Amazing and relaxing stay! Michael and Mark were fantastic and they also had a younger family member helping them out and she was incredible as well! There's a reason this place is pretty much exclusively 5 star reviews! Beautiful home, with 2 porches you have access to, private suites, tons of books and magazines, and some little personal touches from the couple. If you go into this expecting a hotel experience you'll be disappointed. It's a small bed&breakfast run by a retired couple, but they still take great care in everything they do. The rooms are each unique and individually lock. You're given a key to your room as well as a front door key. My room had a bed, 3 chairs, TV inside a wardrobe with lots of mirrors, shower and bathroom, a desk, and a dresser. There's a communal fridge in

We had a delightful stay at The Columns Bed and Breakfast. ||We were so pleased to learn that not only were they taking reservations on Christmas Eve but they also welcomed our two very young children. ||The hosts were welcoming and kind. Our children had the best time. ||The room was very clean and comfortable with a fabulous clawfoot tub. My husband remarked on how it was the best sleep he had in a long time. ||Since we were traveling so much on Christmas Eve and Christmas, we really wanted to do something special and magical for our girls, and The Columns delivered. ||Thank you so much Mark and Michael!

Beautifully restored Greek Revival home in tiny Dillon, South Carolina. My husband and I were on a weekend road trip and lucked up on this wonderful B & B. The owners, Mark and Michael, are two former antique store dealers, who added spectacular touches throughout the inn. If you're looking for peace and quiet, FYI, the hosts can be a little chatty. But it's a big house, and you can find your own space and quiet time. For us, the restful overnight stay included wine alone on the upstairs balcony, the luxury of perusing through an amazing collection of books, and a very nice breakfast the next day.

Long Review: My fiancé and I LOVED our stay at The Columns Bed & Breakfast and would absolutely come back! This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and I have a feeling any future BnB we stay at will have a hard time topping this place! I was little concerned at first booking over the phone instead of a website, but once we arrived at the home we were greeted warmly by Michael and Mark. They gave a short tour of the GORGEOUS house and pleasant conversation. The decor is an charming, ornate Southern style that is warm and welcoming.
