We have been coming here since they first opened right after the start of the pandemic, visited their second location at Garden State Plaza while they rebuilt themselves after a fire here, and came back to this location once it was up and running again. My husband is Japanese and I’ve lived in Japan for a number of years (and I’m obsessed with ramen) - this restaurant has truly authentic dishes with a slight modern twist to them. All are soooo good! I have many pictures from the past but I’ll upload my most recent order, which is mazemen (doesn’t have as much broth as your typical ramen). Yum and my two year old loved sharing with me 😋. I leave this restaurant stuffed every time. All my kids love it here and my experience with the staff has always been spectacular. It’s my go-to ramen plac
Food was very good! The appetizers were great. The Whiskey Ramen had so much flavor. The onigiris tasted fresh and the fried chicken was crispy and the wagyu gyoza tasted amazing. Atmosphere was comfy and had good service. Overall 5 stars
I had eaten here a few times and each time has been a wonderful experience. The service is friendly with a warm inviting atmosphere! The food is excellent and makes me feel as if I am back in Japan eating! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for great food with friendly welcoming service!
Clam ramen is delicious. Fresh clams! Light, refreshing broth. Matcha Latte; literally amazing! Black garlic Ramen had a fragrant, creamy broth with crunchy garlic chips. Karaage is large pieces of chicken, I could do with more crunch. Gyoza was mad juicy it almost seemed like soup dumpling but still had a little crunch from the cook. Loved the place. Cozy, super chill and great music.
The place is very comfortable and service is very good. There are many selections of broth to choose from, which is really impressive. We tried the truffle, whrisky, garlic, and clam broth. I personally like the whrisky broth, and the clam broth best. The rest are all good too. We tried the rice ball as well, they taste very good, if they have the option to heat it up more, that would be awesome. Overall a great experience!
