Tina's Cafe 38

We had an errand to run in Torrington. Then, we were hungry. We found Tina's Cafe while driving around. We love finding small business owner establishments. It was bright, cheery, and clean. Tina and Larry were so hospitable. THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH!! I got a breakfast sandwich, and Trevor got the Turkey Gobbler sandwich for lunch. i think it was a special. I can't remember. The sandwiches were hearty and delicious. It was the best sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich I've ever had.

I went in after connecting with the job employment agency just down the road, with a simple order of hot cocoa. Not only was everyone incredibly kind here, this was the best in-house cocoa I've ever had! Not the review I was planning on writing today, we take these little wins though!!

Excellent little Cafe on Main St in downtown Torrington. Right next to Love it Vegan. The inside has a beautiful and comfortable aesthetic with plenty of comfortable seating options. The menu has a great selection of food and prepared drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and the pricing is pretty fair. The portions are good and the food is excellent. Dine in, get it to go, or even order on Door Dash for delivery. I'm definitely going to add this cafe to my rotation.

We were in the area and searched for a lunch spot, this place popped up and we were not disappointed. It's a cute little sandwich shop on the main street amongst other businesses in Torrington. They had a great selection on their menu. I got some coffee and a sandwich. The Gobbler Sandwich which was $10.99; it had tender white turkey, moist stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a light spread of mayo on the bread which was toasted and came with garlic spread. My husband's chicken salad also looked delicious. We had a good meal and great service and look forward to going back soon.

I’m glad I tried this place because living in Torrington there’s not many fresh food and/or healthy spots in town there’s a lot of fast food. I enjoyed the food however I do wish it had more flavor. I got a grilled chicken wheat wrap with avocado cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise and onion there wasn’t any onion on it which was whatever but as I said, I just wish I had a little bit more flavor. You could pick from chips as a side, hummus and carrots and then salads for extra charge. I picked the Carrots and hummus, and I will say the portion of hummus was kind of small as you can see but other than that, I would still definitely recommend this place and will try again.
