Use to enjoy this place but NIGHT SHIFT service is terrible at the moment. Our waiter was going on his break and informed us that our food would be brought out by another waiter(who actually was one of the managers). 30 minutes no food in site, no one asked if we needed a refill(it was like we were invisible), tried waving down a waiter(who turned out to be the manager who was supposed to bring our food) with no avail. When our waiter finally got back from break we asked to speak to a higher up manager. John(the manager) came out and sat with us so we could just inform him of our experience at the restaurant tonight and all he had was a blank stare in response 😒. Hopefully in the near future there will be better training because this is how you end up with no tip.

Best boudin balls I’ve ever had - and I lived in NOLA for two years. Made from scratch onsite. - I asked. Light breading. Didn’t feel/tate greasy. Gumbo legit. Other people’s food around us looked good, too. This is nestled inside casino. No alcohol. Quiet. Service was slow. Not smoky. Clean. Good prices. Pro tip - free sodas in casino.

good food,fair prices, wait staff needs an attitude adjustment or find different jobs,their lack of actually taking care of your customers, filling a coffe cup once in a while without being asked. just don't expect a good tip with your lack of service.

First time here. Food was great. I got the burger. Husband had the steak. He said it was okay. Spinach artichoke dip was okay too. Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. Becca was our server. She was friendly and we never had an empty drink!

I walked to the front desk and was told they were taking to-go orders only. I walked to their desk and wanted to be seated, literally 5 seconds after the sign of their hours was pulled in the walkway. I am a regular customer and dine in once a week. The guy at the front counter did not offer to seat me. I talked with him for a minute. All he told me was that he was sorry about this. I'm sorry that you'll lost a regular customer who would leave a financial tip.
