Timberline Atop Mount Roberts

Shockingly delicious bar and restaurant. The views are incredible from the front and back, has fantastic beer, including beer flights and the food is delicious. Definitely check out their bread bowl soups that they have, and also they’re black and tall, but is fantastic. Grab yourself a flight of beer and have a lunch here before you head out on the trails. It’s definitely worth your while.

A smooth, beautiful ride up the tram with a Birdseye view of Juno and the channel. Topped off our afternoon at their restaurant having a huge plate full of nachos! Delicious.

An breath taking view of Juneau can be had atop this mountain. I took the tram car up the mountain. It was $50/adult and $40/child. The ride was only a few minutes . At the top of the mountain was an awesome hike. The area entrance also had a gift shop, art gallery and restuarant.

Great lunch place to celebrate hiking up the trail. Food was good, the beer was cold, the staff was responsive. the best part is the view over Juneau... beautiful on a sunny august day.

Nice views. And a trail loop at top. Recommend looking at the map ahead of time to judge your ability to walk the entire loop. Parts of it may be challenging for some with mobility limitations. But it's not too difficult for most.
