Timber & Thyme

My son and I enjoyed night skiing at the ski bowl, skied till the lift closed at 8pm then went in the lodge took our ski boots off. We walked up the stairs and had a wonderful dinner. Wings are outstanding, home made blue cheese sauce! The gyro was also amazing! 10/10 recommend for Apres, child friendly, Great Vibes!

Great cocktails, great cocktails, great service, buffalo wings were on point, butter chicken was delicious, wish there weed desserts. Really better than it needs to be a top spot for simple and more than simple food and drink.

My first experience with the new Ski Bowl facility and it was wonderful. My group arrived around 2:00pm on a Sunday and let the kids lap the Village Chair and small terrain park while some adults enjoyed cocktails and board games in the spacious new lodge and others with season passes hit the glades on Little Gore. Around dinner time we called in the kids and had a fantastic laid back meal (with good service to match) and a beautiful mountain view at Timber and Thyme. What a great addition to North Creek. Kudos to the Timber and Thyme team for creating a one of a kind experience in the Northeast ski landscape.

Lovely restaurant. The food was well done. Especially the Standard frites and the sweet potato hummus app. Staff is friendly, and was told this is a chef/owner restaurant, you can feel the love. The hostess was very involved, making sure we had water, very communicative. Didn’t just limit her job to seating guests, but making sure everyone had a fully enjoyable experience.

Food great but some portions small for the price, steak was very good and filling, atmosphere nice, servers fantastic, wait time for beer and later food poor. Wednesday night not very crowded. Expect to pay about 20% more due to location. They need to add local Adirondack beer rather than Vermont beer! a nice start and hopefully will improve
