it would b nice to hear "good morning welcome to tim hortons how can i help you." rather than go ahead when ur ready and then not even be given a total. lack of verbal and mental effort. be inviting. I/we are coming to u treat us with respect and be happy we are visiting. u wont get anywhere in life doing the minimum. it just shows u dont care about your job, your manager, your owner and you dont care about the best interests of the business.

During my last drive-through visit, the staff failed to meet my expectations when they declined my request for a small coffee, instructing me to purchase a medium instead. Despite my suggestion to fill the medium cup to the small level, a solution that seemed logical, they cited a shortage of small cups resulting from a truck delay. The staff's unwillingness to offer alternatives reflected poorly on the customer service, and I have decided not to return.

So i came here yesterday ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, I said it three times at speaker. When I opened it ,it was an English muffin with sausage and cheese. I called spoke to a supervisor Christy she was very nice and helpful, apologized. And told me to come back for a replacement sandwich. I came back today ordered my sandwich, as it WAS Correct on the screen at the drive thu. So when I went to eat my sandwich it just sausage on a dry biscuit no cheese!! So I called again talked to the same supervisor. Again she was very nice and apologetic., I heard her ask the girl who made my sandwich why she didn't put cheese on it and she told her that is was not on the screen , it only said sausage biscuit. It was on the screen at the drive thru. This is not the first time my order was

I use to come to this location twice a day but stopped to just morning. Now I'm going to wake up earlier to go to a different location. The staff is rude as hell! Good luck trying to get any decent customer service. There are only 2 good employees which will probably get moved to the Ford location like always. If the owner was smart they would get rid of the toxic employees.

I typically go through the drive thru at this location and almost 95% of the times, I seem to get the least enthusiastic person to service me. I can see if ur maybe having a bad day, but almost EVERYTIME I go, I don't get a "hello" or "have a nice day." And alot of times, I get handed my items and the person doesn't even look at me while handing me my food. It's unbelievable at how hard it is to give good customer service nowadays. Smile, it goes a LONG way, believe me. Management needs to really have a talk to their employees at how they manage the drive thru. Don't accept a job if u don't know how to speak to people. Do better!!!
