El Jefe Tacos & More

At an event El Jefe Tacos & More was there with their food truck. Best choice from all the other vendors. Many of us ate from their truck. Food was great. Fast friendly service, many options, delicious flavors that will keep us all coming back when we see them at other venues. Nopales/ Cactus was so good. Street corn was delicious as was each taco I had. I tried Pollo/Chicken, Asada/Steak, Birria/Stewed Beef. My favorite was Birria out of the 3. Jarritos, water, coke productions. Who can pass up a Lime Jarritos…not me.

Birria Ramen and steak bowl! Mouth watering flavor, and unlike anything I've had before. Jen and José are very kind and patient which makes it even better. From the excellent customer service, to their addicting food, I highly recommend them.

Came to the Taco truck with my husband today and the food/desserts were so delicious! The horchata was his fav😃! You will see us again soon.

I stumbled upon El Jefe tacos by chance. They were absolutely amazing and so kind. I ordered the quesabirra and an Al pastor taco. Both were the absolute best, authentic, tacos I have ever had. The meat was tender and juicy. the pineapples were fresh served with the Al pastor taco. They even have salsa verde 🙌 or what I call.. “green salsa” ❤️🙏 Phenomenal service and food. Check them out, you will NOT be disappointed! 👏👏 Thank you so much!

A hidden gem in the heart of westland. The chilaquiles are bomb nice portioned with your choice of meat and 2 eggs to your liking . The tortas took me back to when i used to eat tortas at the plaza in Mexico. The tacos are really good . Will try the whole menue lol
