Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are definitely delicious in this location staff are very friendly/professional and quick service. Black coffee is always fresh and wakes me up! This is also one of my favorite Tim’s location within the Macomb area and that is for a reason. Place is nicely taken care of. Will be definitely coming back ! Keep the good work

The Tim Hortons on 59 & Van Dyke (Utica) has truly raised the bar when it comes to customer service. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has gone above and beyond to make the experience smooth, welcoming, and friendly. Manager Ledya sets a great example of leadership, and it shows in the way the team works together. Anna, Olivia, Lakeisha, and Suzy all represent the gold standard of customer service attentive, professional, and always greeting guests with a smile. They make sure orders are quick, accurate, and that every customer feels valued. With service like this, I’ll definitely be coming to this Tim Hortons a lot more often. It’s refreshing to see a team so dedicated to making each visit an excellent one. Keep up the amazing work!

Went to order food said no more food to serve. Then said no chicken or chili or soups. Then ended up making a turkey club with burnt items. The guy serving was nice but the woman with him not so much.

I go every morning to get coffee and donuts and the store is very clean and coffee and donuts are fresh everyday and the staff is very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work and stay motivated. I skip three stores just to come to this location because the staff is friendly and TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS
