I consulted with the owner (Frank) multiple times before coming in to inform him of my sink hosing issue and he asked all the right questions before recommending the product I needed. He made sure to have it available during the time I needed to pick it up and was professional and courteous through the entire transaction. The owner of this business knows his stuff, so the next time I need a piece of kitchen equipment, I know exactly who I'm turning to. Thank you again, Frank, for making the whole experience as efficient and painless as it could be.

I am not a restaurant owner. Reading the reviews before hand I was very excited about going to this store thinking I would be able to get the cookie sheets I am looking for plus other items. So disappointed. I asked about the size displayed, if it would fit a 30" stove. I was told the size, but it seemed too big. I told the person I was looking for standard cookie sheets but he said that's what he had even though there appeared to be a space for a standard size. I did not find him friendly or helpful. I walked around the store looking for various other items I wanted but left thinking...my money is good anywhere. Looked like great merchandise. Must have been a bad day for him. I won't go back. He lost about $100 sale.

I find Frank very helpful. I have an unusual Bunn filter for my 16 gallon/hour coffee brewing system and he either has the right ones or arranges for the delivery if out of stock. This establishment and staff are very conscientious and helpful and the pricing is quite competitive. Job well done.

Bringing all my 150,000+ Followers from my other account over to this account and today, I have to say, This supply store is where I would go if your tired of dealing with garbage pot's & pan's, this place has the cure! prices are Great, man at register? VERY straight forward and professional, and you can actually have a kind joke with him and he doesn't get offended, btw, these are professional grade pans he sells not the 29.99 ilast a year or two pending use and failed reputation pan,s they work and all I can say is it is a great place for your kitchen needs good luck all

This place used to be the best place to go for your restaurant supplies but now they are not open anymore. Online only. I can go to any website and order whatever I want I need a physical store to walk into and look around. The only other store to go to is in Southfield.
