Tim Hortons

This review is for the management of Tim Hortons. It’s always been inconsistent but today (21st Nov) it was particularly bad. This is the day we found out that priority is given to the drive thru customers rather than the ones who are in the shop. The lady before us had been waiting for 15 mins whilst we stood watching all the drive thru orders being fulfilled. The 5 members of staff you have are clearly NOT ENOUGH. Apart from that my Hot Chocolate was delicious. The Honey Crullers were amazing as usual.

I stop in at 403 S. Union, Spencerport, NY Tim Hortons, about once a week. I always received great service. I don't know everyone's name but they all remember me and take care of my special order. The young woman in back checks to be sure it is correct. Cody served me last. He is quick and attentive and very nice. They wished me well for my upcoming hip surgery. Sue

I used to go to this Tim Hortons every Saturday morning and the employees are always rude, never talk and what happened the last time I went I might stop going, I ordered 2 chocolate and 2 glazed donuts and when I got them they were melted together and my son won’t eat the glazed if I has chocolate

This used to be my favorite location but it has been so inconsistent the past few weeks. I ordered the apple latte and it was made differently each time. The regular hot coffee is a hit or miss, at least one ingredient is always missing. You're better off walking into the store to grab your order so you can check if everything taste right. They are always willing to redo the drinks, but if you have limited time, it's not an option. The food is consistent and the service is nice.

Why does large double double look like this? It's disgusting. Bought at 6am on 1/22/26
