A fairly regular customer, the whole family frequents here! Asked for black raspberry vanilla twist custard in which we were told “oh we’re not serving that tonight” we replied “oh okay no problem! Is there anything else you’re not serving?” the young woman replied “nope!” we said “great! I’ll do a black raspberry custard then” she then replies back “we’re not serving that tonight” I should have then asked if they were at least still serving disappointment. In the end I walked away with a vanilla custard, the culinary equivalent of being bumped from first class to the baggage compartment.

LOVE Vics! Great selection of flavors, including dairy free (and maybe soy free?) for those who need it. Service is always friendly and quick, too. There is plenty of seating with umbrellas for hot days—as well as cups and water for no charge. My husband and I had our first date here four years ago, and this summer our daughter tried ice cream here for the first time. It’s safe to say we’re big fans!

Best ice cream shop on the west side of Rochester. Very fast service, reasonable prices and, my favorite, black raspberry soft serve! Never disappointed.

I ordered an ice cream cake for Mother's Day and it was perfect! Great communication ordering and friendly service both ordering and picking the cake up. A special thank you to Linda who went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters peanut allergy it was greatly appreciated!

Love the quality of their ice cream!!! Just had the carrot cake flavor tonight.. and I think it’s my new favorite flavor ever! Highly recommend :)
