Tim Hortons

Huge thanks to Marge and the team this morning. Even with the busy holiday today, they still managed to take the time to make my daughters day. I wish I had looked at his name tag but the young man running the counter this morning is always very helpful and friendly as well. This time and on other recent visits. Upon arriving, the drive thru was wrapped around the building and the line in the store had at least 9 people. As to be expected since it was the morning rush on a holiday. Yet, I was only in the store for exactly 6 minutes. I was surprised by how incredibly fast the lined moved. Very good service and attentive staff.

I love that they take Canadian Money..that was all I had that day. I also love that they have milk substitutes, like almond, oat, and coconut milk, especially when it is organic. I also appreciate that I can charge up my phone and electronic devices while I am travelling. I would like to see less packaging, cleaner bathrooms, and perhaps taking a look at how A & W does things...to produce less waste..as they have no recycling...perhaps serve dine in orders on plates..and if someone brings in their clean takeout coffee mugs for coffee drinks, fill it..instead of putting it in plastic and producing more waste. This visit I worked on my art while I let my phone and other devices charge. I reused the takeout paper Timmies bags to out my stickers on and colour's so I wouldn't grt any markers

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a tea and a cold brew. They started brewing it for me and because someone in the drive thru ordered after me. They took the tea that was brewing off the brewer and poured it and gave it to the drive thru. I advised the staff member that I was also waiting for that tea and more or less blew me off like I didn't matter. I proceeded to say that was ridiculous and then he said let me get my manager. Manager came over, never asked how can I help you just asked how I paid with an attitude. She wouldn't let me finish explaining to her what I ordered. After I started to explain that I ordered a tea she started throwing money on the counter and walked away. I told her that wasn't the only item that I ordered.

We had just found out that our beloved dog of 15 years has cancer and will be passing at any moment. He loves Tim Hortons glazed doughnuts so I called and asked if they could put a couple to the side as it was later in the afternoon and the people working were so sweet and offered to do so for free. Somehow he is still with us a couple days later and it was amazing to see how excited he was to smell the doughnuts and start ripping the bag apart to get at them. Thank you to the workers! I pray to make a couple more trips with him for that treat he loves, you guys are awesome!

I went in a out 3:45 today . I went up to the counter there was a girl taking care of the drive threw window but there wasn't anyone at the counter to take my order. I could hear people talking but couldn't be bothered to take my order So I walked out with getting what I went in for I don't think I will be going back to Tim hortons again.
