Tim Hortons

This Tim Horton is horrible! We waited 20 minutes for a simple croissant sandwich and counter staff is rude. I talked to another customer who had been waiting a very long time for a similar order. No reason for this. Staff behind the counter move like snails and act like customers are not important. Won't go back.

I waited 45 minutes for a drink and then one girl with glasses and curly hair was rude to her coworkers, and instead of just saying “i’m sorry i forgot to make your drink i’ll get that right up” made excuses saying “someone took my drink”, and blamed her coworkers for not making my drink, my drink was never called up in the first place and I sat there and waited so I know it just wasn’t made. I had to ask this same lady twice about my drink. The rest of the staff was very accommodating and offered a donut or muffin, but I only had a complaint about the one girl I mentioned earlier who was screaming and then as well making it seem like it was my fault I didn’t get my drink.

Great lattes, food, and amazing staff! Very pet-friendly drive-thru!

Update. Still quick and the food is as you expect. Note to self, the coffee is blah. Slightly better than DD, but just skip it. Previous review Needed a quick fast food breakfast from a place that I can't find where I live and went here. Friendly service and the order was correct. The food is fast so that's what I needed.

We stopped to use the restroom and get a drink. The restroom was so bad, we decided not spend any money here. Problems - men's room completely closed, out of order sign on door. Women's room had no lid on the back of the toilet, just cardboard. The seat was nearly broken off. And the handle to flush was one way. Not the cleanest either. While waiting to use the restroom after me, a staff member pushed past my husband to use the only working restroom ahead of him. Hopefully they can get this fixed and be a nicer place to stop.
