Tim Hortons

Recently visited the Paramus, NJ spot. Coffee and baked goods were great of Tim Bits and Donuts. I did like the Chipotle Steak Wrap, steak on it was very good but the sandwich itself seemed cold. I heated it up more in a frying pan and tasted really good. I love Tim Hortons, glad more locations are opening. This spot confused me at first. Over the summer when I thought they were open I had placed a mobile order with Tims Rewards of an activated offer of Iced coffee of any size for $1.99 and used 1450 points for a free Loaded Farmer's Wrap, it was raining out, got to the location, not open. Visited another time, only drinks and donuts were available. We took a family trip to Canada a while back and one of the highlights of the trip was experiencing the Tim Hortons’ friendly service, double doubles, farmers wraps, and Timbits. This location was a far cry from that experience and an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons brand. Operating hours shown at location and on corporate website show they are open until 11 PM. Stopped in at 10 and the lady in the store was just standing around in the middle of a loud personal call and rudely told us that Tim Hortons was closed. Then proceeded to continue her call and turn away three more potential customers. Looking at reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones who have had this experience.

I've become a weekly regular here. The food and coffee are great, especially compared to Dunkin and even for being located in a gas station, the staff are very friendly and the place looks nice and well maintained. Could not recommend enough

This Tim Hortons was a gas station convenience store. It was very clean,big and the lady working the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for the Halloween bucket .they weren't in yet . I didn't know there were any TH in my area .This store was in Paramus. I found out about it on Face Book. Ill be back.

This place just makes up their own opening hours. 3 times now I've driven by between 8 and 10 pm and stop in the find they just decided to close early. Whatever, that's fine... But then don't have your hours posted online saying you're open until 11 pm if it never happens.
