Can’t believe the woman in the above pictures still has a job here after visiting this location this morning at 5:30 I came to leave a review this woman was extremely rude said she didn’t have anything that goes in coffee eg cream and she only had two hash browns and refused to put hem in the farmers wraps until she had more. The man ahead of us also ordered something and she was extremely rude to him as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stop here What we did order we didn’t receive two farmers wraps until without hashbrowns or bacon and tea with almond milk as they didn’t have oat milk or cream.

Rather than working on costumes, plz work on teaching your staff customer service. Rude guy cashier, coffee with no sugar(asked for less), old and soggy sausage in my wrap. So much dissatisfied.

Stopped for coffee and a sandwich. There was a lineup with several people waiting for their orders. That should have been my first clue. I got the coffee in 2 minutes but had to wait 12+ minutes for the sandwich because the "girl was "New". We stop at enroute because we are traveling and need to be somewhere and do quick stops along the highway and not spend time waiting for food. You need to train your staff to work faster and not take their time preparing food for customers examining the mayo squeeze bottle and their gloves every minute! We are in a hurry!

October 13, 2025 at 9:30pm. We’re about to order hot chocolate and white hot chocolate but it’s not available. We do understand that but what I don’t understand how your staff Patricia taking orders. Seems like she doesn’t want her job. Very rude, not even welcoming in taking orders. She makes face! Maybe you guys retrain her on how to do her job properly. Very disappointed . Anyways, we just grabbed 3 donuts instead.

The person who attended us was super upset and service was terrible food was ok her name is Patricia but Mason was great. I hope they did not spit my food.
