4 times I got iced chai latte with no ice and all the time people made wrong idk why they don’t hire trained staff. I never faced any problem with my order in Windsor , Amherstburg and other places but only this LaSalle location . Even whenever I tried to talk 3 people they’re always rude.even I shows the picture of iced chai latte everywhere is same only here people messed up.they just putting their hours and don’t care about customers. This time I even left my wrong order in front of their counter and left. This time when I said this is wrong order they girl put more syrup or sugar in the same cup instead of making new one.4 times back to back making wrong order.Tired to talk again and again with dumb people.

To start, I always have amazing customer service at this location, the employees make each visit great. But I do have to admit that the service here is kind of slow. I can understand though because it’s always busy here. The employees make up for that with how kind they are and helpful in food/drink choices they are.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful at this location, however my order is consistently wrong and both the hot and iced coffees are always terrible. I know Tim Hortons has a bad reputation for their coffee being watered down or burnt but this location has never once given me a good coffee.

Just a bad experience with mel. She is very rude and a she doesn’t know how to talk with customers. She mistreated me and she doesn’t know hoe to serve the customers. I order a donut and I said to her to little bit heated the donut. She give me over heated donut and its totally burnt.
