Tim Hortons

In addition: (12/14/25) We checked it out, the place was packed full of people. Customer service was great, especially for it being opening day and stress being high. Naturally there was a wait, however in the end it was worth it. The food and coffee was extraordinary. Chefs Kiss. It exceeded my expectations and we will return again soon. Maybe I'm a little bias. But I expect this place to be a wonderful establishment. I named it as a joke, towards my father is passed away last year from cancer. Regardless of if this location changes the name or not, I'm glad to see it on here for a brief time. He was a major Tim Hortons fan and the large 4x4 was his go to. I cannot wait to see this place operational and to have a 4x4 for the first time since. Keep it up guys.

I'm so happy to have a Tim's in Jackson, closer commute than driving to Chillicothe 😁. Expect a wait in the mornings because they tend to get busy. Coffee, Tim bits and the honey cruellers were good as usual.

Our drinks and food were amazing. The employees were polite. Our only problem is that all 3 times we went thru the drive thru, in the last week, we didn't get napkins with our donuts. This is an easily solved problem and I hope it's done immediately.

Menu advertises chili. They DO NOT have chili or soups!! When asked about it wecwere told "because we don't have the room for the setup" WTH? No room? This location was built from the ground up!! If your not going to have items (with no future intent either) WHY is it on your menu? It could easily be fixed by covering that portion of the menu. Be honest from the start and don't advertise what you don't sell!! So, we only bought doughnuts. No more though.
