This former residential home turned restaurant served my family a great lunch on a rainy Saturday. We had to wait just under ten minutes for a table feature the numerous dining areas in the restaurant. There’s also a separate bar area and outside dining. Once seated we were quickly greeted by a friendly and very busy waitress who was great. She bright us waters without asking and made several recommendations which we took. We had a cold pitcher of beer that arrived within minutes of ordering it. For lunch we had half an order of mushrooms that were nicely fried and tasted great. We split a hamburger (perfectly cooked) with cheddar and bacon on a fresh bun. Thinly sliced onion rings were the side. I loved the onion rings. My ribeye was cooked right (med rare) but tough. Waitress took it back & brought me another & it was cooked well done & was also tough. Don't bother with the steaks! We had a good one many many years ago but this is the 2nd time I've tried to get a steak here & won't be trying again. Hubby had chicken Alfredo & didn't like it but ate it. Mushrooms were good. Waitress acted like we were an inconvenience. No apologies but she did take my steak off our bill. Which was good since it wasn't edible. Won't be back.

First time visiting and it was fantastic food. The portions justified the prices and my dad had his first cheeseburger egg rolls and enjoyed them. Service was great taking care of my mom's Dr pepper addiction with refills 😂. Please keep it up y'all. I was almost bursting through the kitchen doors to give my compliments to the chef.

Simply amazing food if we lived closer we would be going once a week at least!! We tried the fried green tomatoes with the pimento cheese I've never had it before my husband has at other places I've never been a huge fan of pimento cheese but this stuff was unbelievable. Hubby had the fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese and onion straws he absolutely loved it. I got the chicken salad sandwich with the onion straws too and it was probably the best chicken salad I have ever had The prices were unbelievably reasonable for the amount of food you got. Had a wonderful waitress the atmosphere of the place was amazing if you live even within an hour of this place you have got to go try it!!

We are never disappointed with a meal here. The mushrooms are one of our favorites. My husband loves the Cobb salad and if asked, they will substitute the firecracker shrimp for the chicken. This was my first time to try this apple chicken salad and I will definitely order it again.
