Great atmosphere. Inside is very quiet. Good set up of chairs. I liked the decorations. I ordered a sandwich and hot chocolate. Wonderful!

I went in with a $100 bill and they refused to take it, even though I used the same bill at another store right after with no problem. On top of that, both of my sandwiches were burnt. The ladies working there were borderline rude and not helpful at all. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

I wanted to take a moment and recognize one of your employees and the experience that I've had the last few visits at your location. I apologize for not getting her name but the woman who assisted me and for reference if it's helpful my last order was placed on November 26th And my ticket number was 9156 for your location. She has been at the window the last three times that I went through the drive-thru and she has a wonderfully bright spirit can gauge your audience and have some fun with joking and just being lively. Like myself she's a little bit later in years and organically there's a great rapport through the window every time I am greeted by her and handed my order. I have a hit or miss experience here. Foods always fine same as the drinks. But i’ve noticed specially when ordering delivery, they spend over an hour making the food before driver even comes and gets it. I don’t know if it’s just them making the doughnuts but i have terrible experiences when ordering timbits. Have also waited 40+ minutes in person too.
