Tim Hortons

I ordered 1 dozen donuts and a breakfast wrap for delivery at 2:26pm. The delivery driver says they ran out of donuts and didn't want to make more, and that they stopped serving breakfast at 3pm (it was ordered before breakfast had stopped). The uber eats delivery driver was great and communicative. This Tim Horton's location though; sent her to me with 1 boston cream donut, and $40 bill that Uber is fighting me on returning. They could've just canceled the order on their end at any time using the uber eats tablet. This place is pretty rough. Take it from me; a former shift supervisor at a Tim Horton's. PS. Please don't ask me to go to a link to "make it right". I just want to get my money back in as soon as I can.

Prefacing my review as someone who's led and developed teams in food service for over a decade. Service at the drive thru was terrible, the lady on speaker was rude and sarcastic to me and my fiance. (There was something attached to the speakerphone so maybe they cant hear well) The drink was served by a different crew member than the one who took my order. It was sloppy, definitely not something I feel good paying 7 dollars for. We ended up throwing the drink away, between the attitude and the sloppiness we were worried something had been done to it. As a first and only time customer please save your money. Not one to normally dog on your store but felt pretty terrible leaving there.

I appreciate that they are willing to make a fresh chocolate dip donut on the fly, but they need to stop wrapping it so tightly in the bag. This is the second time my chocolate is on the inside of the bag instead of on top of the donut. The employee who took my money and gave me my donut is always friendly.

Drove 15 minutes to Tim’s just to get a bagel that looks like this. Why am I even paying for cream cheese?

I am 0/4 with being able to order food. I got to cedar springs which is a drive and they ALWAYS have what I want and are open. The management needs to be let go or demoted. I don't understand how this place could be profitable.
