Highly recommend Edgewood Bakery! My now husband and I wanted a small cake to cut at our wedding. I sent an inquiry to Rita at Edgewood Bakery, and she responded promptly and gave me additional details and helpful information. I sent her some inspiration pictures, and she had great questions that I hadn’t even thought of to make sure the cake would be exactly what I envisioned - and it was! Our cake was stunning and tasted absolutely fantastic. The pick-up process was seamless; Rita was flexible with pick-up times and happy to have my parents pick up the cake on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, Rita was so kind, responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with, which was so great during hectic wedding planning. Finding delicious gluten free cakes can be difficult but Edgewood Bakery is the perfect solution. I ordered a German Chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday. We received (and enjoyed) a lusciously moist cake with a silky rich buttercream frosting. The interior was dense chocolate cake and an alternating flavorful coconut pecan filling.

I ordered a dozen of the Linzer cookies for a Valentine's Day party. They were delicious. Rita was very responsive and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this bakery.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We ordered an assortment of desserts for our wedding and they turned out absolutely perfect!!! The desserts were a huge hit and were so unique, flavorful, and beautiful. A few highlights were raspberry linzer cookies, key lime cookies, lemon bars and almond bars. Our guests loved the GF brownie bites too!

Our chocolate birthday cake with chocolate ganache was lovely and delicious!! Rita was so quick to respond to my messages and the cake was perfect. Thank you!
