Tim Hortons

This service inside this Tim Hortons at the counter is terrible! They're totally focused on the drive through. I've waited in line for several minutes and had multiple employees cross by right in front of me, nobody waited on me at the counter until there was of a line of about seven or eight people. It didn't just happen to me once either. It's happened to me several times. Now I just go to other Tim Hortons who understand the customers who take the time to walk into the store are important too!

Whole staff super nice I askes if she could write happy birthday on a timbit box she was nice enough to write my friends name on it so cool!!

I just would like to know why I paid $1.10 for a tablespoon of cream cheese on my bagel. It's not a good look for the brand to overcharge customers or skimp on product. Thanks

Girl who took our order at the drive through was rude and had terrible customer service.

I ordered a latte with oat milk and cold foam, but they gave me the wrong drink. When I told them it was incorrect, they gave me another latte, but it still had no oat milk or cold foam. I paid for both, and I didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointing.
