Tim Hortons

I would like to recognize twoemployees at Tim Hortons Arcade . I was passing through arcade and decided to stop at Tim Hortons. My experience was above and beyond the gentleman who took my order made sure the white cream donuts were fresh and box them up perfectly. He also took an order for a sausage, egg and biscuit and make sure that they had biscuits and double check to make sure everything was fine. The young lady who Prepared my coffees was pleasant and upbeat, and a great Great representative of the business. The date was September 17, 2025 around 1 PM. I hope as management recognizes these people and value them as much as I did. Thank you Tim Hortons for making my day.

Apparently they clean up, turn machines off and limit their menu an hour before they close. Thank goodness a Dunkin an hour down the road was still open and serving their WHOLE menu

If I could give them a zero star i would how do you not have hasbtowns at 7am? Its a number one thing with all meals. Pluse we dot. Put anting in a bigger bag let the sandwich or don’t bag. I’m done with this business

Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons my donut ends up with the chocolate either all over the inside of the bag or on a paper. I have also had issues with them not putting favoring in my drink that I paid for. The lines are ridiculously long and slow. I waited in the drive thru for 15 min before they even took my order. Then waited another 5 min for them to have it ready. I only ordered 3 things using the app, which should take less time as advertised! They also tend to be very rude at times with their tone.

Got there at 7:15 and they had no hash brown and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. They had no hash browns and then I opened my sandwich and it had bacon on it instead of what o ordered!! I will not go back this is ridiculous because at that time of the morning they should have them and to make sure that the order is mad right!! They wnat so much money for poor service!
