They didn’t have the soup that I initially wanted but still let me order it. Three minutes later, the lady asked if I wanted a refund or chili instead. I opted for the chili which was the best part of my meal. I threw the grilled cheese panini out. Disgusting

I ordered the avocado toast, but it was disappointing. There was no seasoning at all, and the avocado wasn’t spread evenly across the toast (see photo). Expected better attention to detail.

The sign says "open at 6AM", workers were there but guess what? doors locked right in front of your face. OH and they judge you, they give you a nasty look for wanting Tim's In the morning. GOD forbid's a girl wants breakfast on her wonderful morning walk. (jokes aside) DON'T go, if you don't want to be judged. (if you're fat, it's worse).

The drive thru needs repair urgently. The potholes are terrible and you can't drive around them. Edit to respond to owner's response: I don't care enough about your business to do all that. I got a coffee pot and a blueberry muffin mix and I'll just keep my daily $5.42.

Ordered 3 coffees, the large black coffee was filled with grounds and the iced coffee leaked through the carrying tray and all over my car seat. :(
