I've walked in quite a few of their locations, mostly in Rochester, and a couple in Buffalo depending on where I'm working. I can guarantee, whichever location you walk into, you'll have the same quality experience across the board. The staff is always super pleasant and eager to help with any questions you may have. The meals are convenient and there are many options to choose from. Even the protein shakes that they make are delicious. If you're looking for a quick, easy, healthy meal, this is where I'd go!

I had a great experience at 95 Nutrition thanks to Diamond. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me right away and asked if I’d been to this location before. When I said I had, she jokingly welcomed me back, which immediately made the interaction feel warm and personable. She took the time to talk with me about some of her favorite meals and pointed out options I didn’t even know they had—like the gingerbread pancakes! I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to; we even shared a few laughs. Her friendliness and genuine enthusiasm made my visit that much better. When she mentioned leaving a review, I couldn’t have been happier to write one. Thanks, Diamond, for the awesome customer service!

This 95 nutrition location has brought joy and wellness into my life in ways I cannot imagine. The staff incredibly kind and knowledgeable on their products. Diamond and Jesse have been absolutely great, and always greet me with a smile and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend checking out this location it is GREAT.

Love the meals, desserts, and shakes! Some of my favorites are the Rasta Pasta, Asian meatballs, peanut butter pie, and the PB Berry shake! Diamond is an awesome employee! She is very funny and offers suggestions on trying different things. Love this place!

I have been buying meals, supplements and protein snacks regularly for several years now at the corporate location.. The meals are very good, balanced, and fairly priced. There's a nice variety as well with new options introduced regularly. I love the staff there and they make great shakes.... I particularly recommend the Three Amigos.
