Customer Reviews
Amazing arcade inside mall. They have several fun claw games spread throughout. Classic & modern arcade games found here. Can’t wait to come back. Family friendly and adult friendly. Use kiosks for easy card retrieval & reload.
We had a really disappointing experience at Tilt Studio. My daughter worked hard playing games to redeem her tickets and was so excited to get a slime prize that cost 200 tickets. She had 199 tickets — literally ONE ticket short. I kindly asked if they could make an exception. The employee said no. I even offered to pay the difference in cash, but they still refused. I understand policies, but when it comes to a child being one ticket short, a little kindness would go a long way. It felt unnecessary and honestly disappointing to see such a strict stance over a single ticket. It’s not about the slime — it’s about the experience and how kids are treated. On top of that, the claw machines felt like a rip-off. Multiple times the claw would grab a prize, lift it up, and then drop it mid-air
Friendly staff. Great drink selection. Great pinball- maybe even add some more. Maybe a pool table like there once was upstairs. Coin pusher games are fun. A little bummed the old 80s/90s arcade games are gone but can understand. Very enjoyable place for kids and adults.
It's a tourist trap 80% of the place with those stupid carnival style horror shows lol. Complete write-off. What arcade style games they do have are multiplayer driving or shooting monstrosities. But... They do have some cool pinball picks. All in one nice and secluded row, located in the far upstairs corner. Classy there... that's the only reason for two stars. But nearly $2 a game is tough for pinball especially since the minimum buyin is $20 because they force you to buy a preloaded card. I just want one game... Maybe two.
I been going for a while and it's awesome if you want tickets and big prizes. Though if you want only fun they got that too with 2 hour unlimited play(just no tickets)
