As a Navajo I never thought of making burgers like this! 😍 This was awesome and we will be back! We enjoyed it and everyone was nice and welcoming. I love that they wear gloves and hair nets and keep their cooking area and tools clean. Keep it up! My only suggestion is having sliced tomatoes and onions for the burgers vs the cubed cut. Oh and don't be afraid to add some seasoning to the patties 😊

Found popover palace via TikTok before the holidays. We patiently to waited for them to be open so we could taste all the yumminess! It did not disappoint. Love the hustle and care of detail in the flavors!!! Will definitely be back to try it all! Especially the fritto boats we talked about 🤣😋
