The best restaurant in New Haven. The waitress was absolutely lovely and attentive; the potato, beef noodle soup I ate was unlike anything i've had before, the rice was perfect, the portions were massive and affordable, the menu is expansive and vegan friendly, the ambience is cozy and well decorated. Everything about this place is high quality, yet affordable, somehow. Words can't describe Tibetan Kitchen, you must go and you must tip well.

Updating now that I have eaten inside. It is great! Homely, we were able to get a table of 7 and have an amazing time. The staff are great and attentive. Some of the best food I have had in New Haven! Amazing food options, glad there is a vegetarian option and hearty soups served with rice. I have only ordered take out so I have not had a sit down experience but when I pass it usually looks packed with people which is good!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We visited Tibetan Kitchen in New Haven with a group of eight colleagues, and every single one of us loved the food! The flavors, portion sizes, and pricing were all spot on, making it an incredible dining experience. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the options. We ordered: • Thukpa Dhrangmo – Spicy cold noodles with sesame oil dressing. This was refreshing, packed with bold flavors, and had the perfect balance of spice and tang. • Tsel Momos – Pan-fried vegetable and cheese dumplings. These were absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful mix of veggies and cheese. • Chili Tofu – Stir-fried tofu with green and red bell peppers in sweet chili oil, served with white rice. The tofu was perfectly cooked, with a great balance of

So the food that I order here tends to be good but I think the owners or the women that are in there working are rude. I've been a repeat customer because I enjoy the food. I always order the same thing but I ask that it be cooked mild because I'm allergic to too much spice and I have a full body reaction. Not once but twice did the workers there called me about the same order I always make and got an attitude through their tone because I asked my food to be made without it being spicy or peppers included. I'm going to guess they precook that dish and don't want to have to make a new batch that's not spicy? Because she acted like it was an inconvenience and hard to understand that I couldn't eat spicy food but I enjoyed their food. Anyways I recently ordered again and they cancelled my ord
