I just took the espresso making class at Thread Coffee Roastery and it was outstanding. Noah is a fantastic instructor and a total coffee nerd—he struck the perfect balance between technical detail, hands-on espresso making, and approachable fun. Our class ranged from people who had never made espresso before (me) to experienced home brewers, including one of my best friends who makes it all the time; we all got a lot out of it. If you're looking to try something new or up your home espresso game, this is the place. Request to Thread: Please offer more advanced classes! I would love to sign up for a deep dive on Coffee Origins or roasting science. Highly recommended!

Just took the Espresso 101 class with Noah and it was top notch. If you're new to making espresso this class is for you. Noah covered the background and science of espresso and taught us how to dial in a balanced shot. I'm looking forward to taking other classes Thread and Noah offer (hopefully one on coffee origins and processing!)

Signed up for the Espresso workshop and it was awesome! The instructor was very knowledgeable and also taught us about the science behind espresso. We got to pull shots ourselves and taste test which was super helpful for learning how to dial in the perfect shot. Definitely recommend this class if you're interested.

Had an excellent experience taking the latte art class here. The instructors Noah and Joe were very friendly and knowledgeable, and we got lots of hands-on practice. Class size was great and everyone got personalized tips throughout the session. Really fun experience and would recommend!

I attended a Milk Steaming and Latte Art Masterclass and cannot recommend it enough. I was so impressed with the science behind it all and how well they presented the info. It made the skills part of the class a lot easier to understand. The instructors were dedicated, fun, and committed to helping me learn + have a good time. And the espresso was so good!
