Small window business in the corner that cares about a perfect cup pf coffee. It is not often that you find this quality, so I had to leave a review. Thanks for adding the bright red “coffee” banners, I wouldn’t have found you otherwise!

Some of the best coffee in Portland area... really. Family owned. Friendly staff at walk up window for purchasing drinks or beans. They often give free cup of coffee when you buy/pick up beans. I gifted an avid coffee drinker friend who lives moved from Portland to SoCal a bag of their beans and now he orders his coffee from them online, and he has some legit roasters locally. Not as many dark roast options as I would like, but Nicaragua Cafe Aldea and Roaster's Choice are both excellent. For high volume drinkers like myself, ordering 5# bags online for free store pickup is a great option to save some $. They roast it fresh and have it ready in a few days.

Thornton is a family started, family run business that roasts their own coffee beans. Because they do small batches, the beans are perfectly roasted, not burnt like so many other industrialized beans are. They have a small pickup window at this location. Nowhere to sit, but Central Beaverton is just a few blocks away. Their service and coffee more than make up for it. Go give it a try!

Such great coffee here! Their cappuccino is my favorite. Always super friendly at the walk-up window too. Rarely a line so you get your brew quickly and back in the road. They also carry high quality pasties and cookies (not Costco wrapped muffins like a lot of other places). They roast their own beans, and apparently they roast beans for a lot of other coffee shops. You can buy their beans to go.
