I had a great experience today! I couldn’t find tea on the online menu, so I called the restaurant to check. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — they immediately arranged tea for me just as I requested. Truly excellent customer service! My only suggestion would be to please add tea to the online menu and consider using tea to-go cups for online orders, similar to Starbucks. It would make ordering even more convenient. Overall, really impressed with the service — thank you for taking care of customers so well!

I placed a pickup order from Thor Indian Cuisine and honestly had a great experience. I had never tried the Paneer Kulcha with Chicken Chukka before, and it was absolutely amazing. The aroma and flavor completely blew my mind. You guys are really nailing it these days! Pulao has always been my favorite and it never disappoints. I also love the masala vadas you used to place outside — I couldn’t find them recently 😭. Whenever you make masala vadas again, please keep two aside for me 😅. Overall, my experience was excellent. Keep up the great work!

I would say the best restaurant in Memphis. I have had the most authentic biryani’s here. Every dish is uniquely authentic and tasty. Ambience is great, we maintained inside. Service is fast. All the staff are super friendly. I like to visit again for sure.

Hi guys "The biryani was extremely disappointing. It was mostly bones with very little actual meat. The quality was poor and definitely not what we paid for. I would not recommend the biryani here."

They have good food. They don't offer chai. Even if you offer to pay for it, they won't make it.... :(
