The Wise Guy

This was a MUST when it comes to a night out in KC. I went on my birthday and it was just perfect. The vibe is so chill. It’s pretty dark in there so if you’re one that struggles to see be aware but it’s not so dark that you can’t see across the table. Our server was so sweet and made out time so enjoyable! Make sure to get the deviled eggs and if you love deviled eggs get 2 of them. This restaurant is a perfect shareable restaurant if that’s your vibe, my friends and i got to try so much but we all just shared and it was so perfect to try everything.. The espresso martinis were also so good. This is definitely one to put on your list for your next night out. & we went on a Wednesday and it was perfect. This is my second time being at this restaurant in the past six months, and it will not be the last, as others have said the food, the atmosphere, the service is all top-notch. First time there we had a table, this evening we sat at the bar. Both are excellent experiences. First time had the pizza, tonight I had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti Mariana., Desserts are also spectacular be they the cannolis or the cheesecake. They have a happy hour between 4 o’clock and 6 PM, evidently slows down after that for a bit, but then around 630 to 7pm it is crowded, and rightly so. Shrimp Scampi was delicious and loved the ambient vibe but also the energy in the restaurant! I really enjoyed the espresso martini it was smooth! Lots of TVs for sports fans and great food without breaking the bank! Will definitely come back again!
