Ty came through out of nowhere with a big flashy cape! When an appt that had fallen through with a different notary he got the word and was at our house in less than 20 min. He lives 15 min from us. Ty came to my house. He texted and said he was running a couple minutes behind, and he showed up exactly two minutes after our scheduled time, so that was impressive! He was pleasant, professional, kept the pace brisk but wasn't pushy at all. I was impressed by his professionalism. He was in and out in less than an hour (probably 40 minutes) for a closing.
