The Whole Scoop Ice Cream in Hoover, Alabama is a fantastic spot. The store was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ice cream was excellent with great flavor and quality. What truly stood out was the service — the employees were amazing, extremely pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with. They were welcoming, friendly, and clearly cared about providing a great customer experience. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

This place is the best!!! I love coming here with friends! Everyone's always so friendly and the ice cream is delicious. I got a scoop with my friends during the Faith Igniting Young Adults (FIYA) Conference at Dayspring Church, and we had soooo much fun. ❤️ I like the atmosphere and it's always a great experience. I met the owner, too, and he is very kind.

We've been going here over 12 years and we absolutely love it. The service is always quick and polite and the ice cream is always DELICIOUS. My personal fav is the pumpkin pie sundae during the holidays but they have so many good flavors and unique ideas (the chocolate orange shake is another delicious invention of theirs)

Friendly staff, lots of flavors to choose from. Ice cream was delicious! I enjoyed "Groom's cake" & "Black Cherry".

Good prices and best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time! My friends and I split a very customized banana split 3 ways and the staff had a great time with it. Will absolutely be returning if I'm in town again!!
