The Waypoint delivered a great experience overall. The food was solid across the board, and I’m especially glad my first time trying bison was here; it was flavorful and cooked really well. We went as a group of eight and everything ran smoothly, which isn’t always easy with a larger party especially trying to make a reservation day of.
An interesting place with various entertainment options, a bar, a seating area with a large screen, a cinema, and tables with a bar on the second floor, as well as an outdoor bar for guests, although it was closed! The cocktails are delicious and well-balanced, and the food is okay—not amazing, but not bad either. The prices are reasonable and in line with the segment!
I’m sorry but not sure how this place has 4.7 stars. Maybe the trivia? Wagyu sliders looked like something served at the local high school cafeteria. The greek salad was a glorified house salad and had chicken instead of trout as ordered :(( walked away quite disappointed. Fries were good
This restaurant was excellent—they even accommodated us as a last‑minute walk‑in. The movie‑theater vibe is really fun, and the buttery popcorn aroma sets the tone right away. Everything we ordered was great, from the apps (wings and artichoke dip) to the entrées (Gyro) and the huckleberry cheesecake for dessert. It’s definitely a must‑visit for a relaxed family dinner after a day on the slopes.
I visited The Waypoint recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After being seated, I was not given a menu and was completely ignored for quite some time while other tables were attended to. I tried to get the staff’s attention, but no one came to help. As a guest, this made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand restaurants can be busy, but basic service and acknowledgment should be given to every customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and receive proper service.
