The UPS Store

If I could give 0 stars, I would. You have a contact with Amazon to return. I come in with an item (quantity of 2) to return in which Amazon gave me 1 return qr code. The female employee tells me I cannot do this and need a 2nd QR code. Amazon states boxes next to the QR code. She tells me I need to work with Amazon or buy a box and there's nothing she can do. I asked of we can just tape them together? She says she can't. I said okay then I'll buy tape and do it. She was dumbfounded that I didn't just walk away and go home. What is wrong with people? Why do you work in customer service if you want to be miserable and not help people. I'm sure that's not what The UPS store really wants in an employee. Do better! Frank at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful as he helped me send some christmas gifts on their way. Made my day!

The owner of this location should not be a business owner and should not work in customer service. I only know him as the owner because he was conversing with customers before me about when he purchased the franchise. I go to the location about 1x per week and he rarely speaks and won’t look at me any time it’s my turn at the counter. It’s as if being in his store is a complete inconvenience to him. I have even walked out when there was a line and I saw him working because that’s how horrible he makes the customer’s experience. The young kids that work the counter for tips for their college fund are more pleasant and accommodating than the owner who should be leading by example. Absolute shame considering others have had the same experience!!

I frequent The UPS store often probably 5x/month give or take. I don't usually come to this location and definitely won't be back again. I walked in a little before noon, the store was empty and the man working didn't even acknowledge me. He went up to the register and said "what do you have?" I had a few Amazon returns. He immediately held up his scanning gun while I was getting the codes all pulled up. He had such an annoyed stance/posture with me the entire time, like me being a customer was interfering. I had a hard time pulling up the last code and he straight up walked away! Another girl working there had to walk up to the register to finish me out. He was just rude the entire time, and for that alone I will never return to this store. I'll keep using the Cranberry Twp location wher

Staff were very friendly and helpful with my Verizon and Amazon returns. They even knew one of the customers by name when he walked in!
