The UPS Store team here is amazing! Every visit is quick, professional, and stress-free. The staff is always friendly, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly—whether it’s shipping, printing, or returns. The store is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the consistency and care they show every time I stop in. Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants fast, reliable, and friendly service!

What an experience I had at the UPS store in Gaffney, SC. My son’s engagement ring(at least that’s what I think it is) didn’t arrive before he left for his girlfriend’s home in KY. I was able to “overnight” it but he didn’t have a valid address. Sarah, stayed after her shift and helped me get it done. I appreciate all she did! Thank you so much!

My go to shipper in Gaffney South Carolina. Along with USPS United Parcel is the best place to get things sent out and delivered. Friendly folks work there and are extremely helpful. As always UPS is a trusted shipper. In my experience of having UPS delivered to my home, they get deliveries to us in a timely fashion.

One time I even showed up with seven different items, thinking they all went to the same place. The QR codes didn’t match the packages, but the staff stepped right in, sorted it all out, and saved me a huge headache. Every single interaction has been professional, courteous, and stress-free. Exactly the kind of service you hope for but rarely find—highly recommend this location!
