I went to this store one time to return a package. It was a normal Thursday afternoon at the end of April last year (2025) around 2 pm. They were just closed down. No rhyme or reason. It was posted online that they were open. It wasn't a holiday. There was nothing on the door stating why the doors were locked. We called their phone number. We also waited in the parking lot and ate our lunch for about half an hour..and NOTHING. It was a ghost town.
called, the woman put me on hold. After 23 minutes I had driven to the store and asked them why was I still on hold. she said, with a smile on her face, that they were too busy to talk on the phone. They had no intention of helping me, and she didnt say that when she put me on hold. By putting me on hold, I took up a line so the phone wouldnt ring again. I was very frustrated. All i wanted to know if it was too late to mail an overnight package.
UPS couldn't be any cheaper. They now charge you $1.09 for a single strip of tape to help seal a package. These damn companies charge a crazy fee to deliver things and now cant even give you a single strip of tape. Screw these people and this greedy company.

Best customer service I have ever received from a packing/shipping store! Yesterday we got a bunch of snow which isn’t very typical of this area. A lot of businesses closed down or did not open at all! So basically it has been very hard to find anything open these last couple of days. I do not have a printer at home and I had a document that I needed printed by 6pm today. I just so happened to be working pretty close to the Broad street UPS store today so in figured I would give them a call to see if they were open and I could possibly come by to print my documents after I got off at 5. The phone rang a couple of times and I was greeted by a very friendly voice. The man’s name was Chad! I informed him that I was so happy I had found a place that was open and I asked if it would be okay to
