This place was super Easy to deliver to no problems the receiving dock is all the way at the far end of the building.. if you look at the satellite view, look where the big water tanks are, the receiving dock is down that way up a ramp. after you have unloaded, you can park with no issues over on the gravel lot. There was two boats there. I parked next to at the time. no issues. You can over night for morning delivery no gate. Just in back gravel lot like me in pic.
