The Train Cars Coffee and Kava

Very unique coffee shop. If I lived in town I would hang here often. Building in a combination of old train cars, the uniqueness of this coffee shop in fun but cozy. The coffee is way better than Starbucks and brewed well. They have a good selection of snacks and their mini donuts are great. I highly recommend this coffee shop. It one of a kind with good staff, atmosphere, coffee and food. You won't be disappointed.

Ambience was really good, very unique train like and felt really interesting to enter inside train looking coffee shop. I personally didn’t like the coffee though, it was very basic machine coffee with no uniqueness. We also ordered danish cream which was super delicious and worth trying!

Super cute little cafe inside a few train cars from the 19th century. Highly recommend reading the history on the walls and trying the little maple bacon donuts! Also great music inside :)

We dropped by to check it out and it was so nice! The vibes were really good, there is a game room/piano room. We had the Maple Bacon Donuts that were really good. 10/10 will recommend if you are in town. Bonus they are dog friendly!

Such a unique and delightful stop in Nederland! We had coffee and hung out inside the vintage train cars—it’s cozy, creative, and full of character. The atmosphere is relaxed (especially on weekdays), making it easy to linger and enjoy conversation. Each of the cars has its own history: a 1906 Pullman dining coach, a caboose from the Colorado & Southern Railroad, and even a former circus advertising car. Together they create a one-of-a-kind café experience you won’t find anywhere else. Definitely worth a visit if you’re exploring the Peak to Peak Highway—you get good coffee, mini-donuts, and a time-travel adventure all in one.
