Someone went above and beyond to develop this location. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Food was delicious and our host was delightful. Recommended.

Who do I need to talk to about this? What magic created the absolute best smash burger that I have ever eaten? I have never heard our group of five fall so silent as we ate. I had the Breakwater Blu burger (as a side note, you always must add the second patty to truly appreciate a smash burger), which included habanero-bacon jam and blue cheese crumbles. Our server, Christina, explained that it was not too spicy for most. She was spot on! Other folks got the Tavern smash burger and the Island hear smash burger--all with rave reviews. We ordered smashed potatoes because we assumed the potato wedges would be like thick french fries. We were wrong. They were indeed wedges of potatoes similar to a baked potato. They were fantastic. We had a big group that just popped in because everything in the area closes at 9pm. Staff was very friendly, food was decent. Big portions, so you could probably share a nacho or shrimp and grits with someone.

I have never had such a terrible steak before. This place should be on Gordon Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares. We paid 240$ for our meals. We sent back the beef tips (which were not beef tips, they looked like the ribeye chopped up) because it was cold. Some pieces were almost raw, some were sizzled to a crisp. My filet mignon was supposed to be medium, it came back near raw in the middle. There was no seasoning on any of the food. My steak was sent back because it was undercooked. The WHOLE HEAD of broccoli they served was half burnt, half raw. My dad never received his salad, and it took almost 20 min to get water's to go with our drinks. We told the waitress the level of food was VERY poor in comparison to the price and hopefully someone in that place takes it to heart. Will NEVER come back.
