The Tap House at Grand Summit Hotel 104 Grand Summit Dr Box 248, Bartlett, NH 03812 Tucked inside the Grand Summit Hotel in Bartlett, NH, The Tape House delivers a cozy, après-ski dining experience with a rustic wood-accented atmosphere and live music that enhances the mountain lodge charm. Whether you're winding down after a day on the slopes or simply looking for a hearty meal and good drinks, this spot offers a satisfying evening. Cocktails The cocktail menu impressed, especially the Allagash Blueberry Smash made with maple syrup vodka and fresh blueberries—a creative, flavorful New England twist. Everyone at the table agreed: the cocktails here are a highlight. Rating: 9/10 Entrees - Spicy Texas Brisket Pizza – Brisket, onion, jalapeño, cheddar, mozzarella ($28.75) This was a solid

Hungry and tired after an 8 hour ride we chose the taphouse as it was to our AirBNB. We arrived to an empty restaurant on a Thursday night at 6:30 Service was fast, drinks and hot apps, arrived quickly. A few more patrons rolled in, our dinner came 15 minutes later, nice and hot, great bacon burger, mussels, and wedge salad. Good meal, parking lot was dark and poorly lit, $113 meal Plus tip for two with drinks.

Very happy with our food and highly recommend. I was not sure what to expect when reading the mixed reviews but we ending up eating here both nights of our stay. Food is fresh, we got the bacon cheeseburgers and its not some crappy frozen patty. French fries also fresh not bagged and so good (with a cool shape to them). Mac and cheese is creamy but light perfect balance. Apple dessert and the cheesecake also up there with the entrees. Wish I had room to try the pizza because pictures look great and they said it takes 25 minutes to make so thats fresh too! Honestly surprised that it's not booming with business because if we lived around here we would come regularly.

Myself and my girlfriend went for dinner after checking in, we waited at the hostess’s station for at least 5 minutes before the lady came out from the back, the dining room was about 55% full, and the bar had about 7 people at it… The server came over after about 10 minutes and got our order, and she did get it a little wrong…. My girl got the burger and fries and I got a steak tip dinner for $28 bucks…. First thing I said was: “I want a side of fries, then I’ll have the steak tip dinner…. Medium please and thank you….. after a while of waiting… she had returned with the order and instead of mashed potatoes she must have told them fries with it. I didn’t say anything because I ain’t having the cook do anything funny to my food. It’s just common sense, I first ordered the fries, then the

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Grand Summit to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and after a long day, we wandered into the Tap House right as they opened at 4 PM in search of food. While the kitchen wasn’t open until 5, we grabbed seats at the bar—and we’re so glad we did. We were greeted by Sarah, our bartender for the evening, who made incredible drinks—her espresso martini and lemon drop were next-level. When we mentioned some frustration with our hotel booking, her husband Brian (also on staff) overheard and went above and beyond to help make things right. The two of them were a fantastic team, and their kindness really turned our weekend around. Once the kitchen opened, the food didn’t disappoint. The onion rings with cheese sauce were chef’s kiss—we literally said they were “
