The lady was very nice and helpful. The hot chocolate ran out and they didn't have any powder left so the woman offered us a refund and to help with the trouble of having to come back she gave us a drink for free.
We went through the drive up. The service and staff was great. The only disappointment was they had no munchkin donuts.
Being in my 60's I like interacting with people not kiosks for ordering food. An employee of my age stepped up and asked if she could help me. She said she doesn't like the kiosks either. Super helpful and sweet.
Worst Dunkin’ experience I have ever had. The customer service was less than sorry and they burnt one of our sandwiches. The people seemed like they hated working there and wanted everyone to leave.
Used to be good, now it's not the same as before. Service is no longer good. Guy there is very rude. He even charged for a cup of water even when I have purchased other stuff. No other Dunkin does that. Crazy.
