While on vacation, we googled coffee shops, and found the Story Cafe. It was the best decision. We met Shelby, and this place was her dream! I had the Blue Lagoon Lemonade and the Butter Pecan muffin. Both were delicious! We had great conversation and learned how involved the shop is in the community. Shelby also gave us great ideas for other days trips. It was a blessing. I am glad we found this gem!
The Upsilon Epsilon Zeta Chapter held our first meeting of the year at The Story Cafe and I will say it was an outstanding experience!! Ms. Shelby is so down to earth and sweet which makes the experience even better! If you are looking for a place to host small gatherings, grab a bite to eat/drink, got a sweet tooth, or just looking for a peaceful, quiet, and serene atmosphere.....THE STORY CAFE IS DEFINITELY IT!
Good coffee and good conversations are always happening here. But, the icing on the cake are the workshops and information sharing that The Story Cafe offers the community for FREE!! I attended a financial literacy workshop and it was a game changer for me. I am now more intentional with my budgeting, learned how to understand the stock market and make purchases wisely. It was such a wealth of information provided by professionals in the industry. The Story Cafe is such a blessing to all that enter its doors. You want good food, they got you especially that turkey burger 🍔, you want good company and great service, they got you!! I could go on and on. But, you have to stop by for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Oh and did I mention the beautiful artwork displayed throughout!!! Every
